Wake Sunday HITT Workout – Complete the following circuit, 30 Seconds Exercise, 20 seconds rest and rest 1 minute after the burpees in each round.

Push Ups – 30 Seconds

Rest for 20 seconds

Sit Ups – 30 Seconds

Rest for 20 seconds

Frog Jumps – 30 Seconds

Rest for 20 seconds

Burpees – 30 Seconds

1 Minute Rest then repeat. Repeat the circuit 4 times.
