Five Ways to Get Your 5 a Day

Making sure to get your 5 a day, every day, can be challenging. However, with these 5 easy options you will be able to boost your intake of fruit and veg with ease.


  1. Banana and blueberry protein pancakes

Who knew that pancakes could not only be healthy, but also help you on your way to 5 a day! To make delicious blueberry and banana protein pancakes that are a great breakfast or snack option, simply blitz together 1 banana with 1 egg and a scoop of Wake Slimmer powder.
